Medical Cannabis Card Information
A Medical Cannabis Card reduces the cost of medical cannabis for qualified patients. The following is a list of qualifying medical conditions designated by the Illinois Department of Public Health. Our fee for completing the certification for the card is $150. Additional fees are charged by the Illinois Department of Public Health.
